Exchange Policy

Buzzazi puts customers first, your satisfaction is our highest priority. We provide quick support and hassle-free solutions to make things right. To ensure a smooth experience, we offer flexible resolution options. In line with our return policy, customers may request an exchange or store credit when returning an item on products purchased from us, can be exchanged within 7 days subjected to:

1- The exchange request is submitted within the given time frame as outlined in our exchange policy.

2- The item(s) received are not in optimal condition due to unforeseen issues during transit or handling.

3- The product(s) delivered differ from what was originally ordered (e.g., size, color, or model).

4- The package is missing essential components such as product tags, accessories, user manuals, or original packaging materials.

Alternatively, should the customer choose to retain the item, Buzzazi may, as a gesture of goodwill, offer partial compensation.

To initiate a claim, please share clear photos of the incorrect or affected item via email or WhatsApp within the specified timeframe after delivery. Each case will be reviewed individually, and Buzzazi remains committed to resolving all concerns promptly and fairly.

Once the returned item is received and approved by our quality control team, a replacement of equal value (as per the invoice) will be arranged and dispatched promptly.

Please Note:

        1-      The customer will be responsible for all shipping, handling and costs. (Custom charges etc)

        2-   Discounted Items cannot be Returned / Exchanged.

   3-  Unstitched articles that have been stitched will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds & Cancellations

  • Buzzazi does not offer refunds or money-back guarantees on purchased items.
  • For payments made via Credit Card or PayPal, customers may cancel their order within 12 hours of placement. Instead of a cash refund, a coupon of equal value will be provided.
